Size: 25 to 35 kilogram per hide (Already trimmed). 

Trimming and cleaning: In freshly is trimmed the ears, muzzle, tail and hooves up to the knee.

Availability is variable, but our stock is 40/50 thousand permanent skins. A first one is totally healthy and zero holes. The second allows 1 to 2 small holes. We lift the batteries at 21 days after salting the last slaughter leather and it is shipped after 30 days. At the customer’s request we add Borax. Skinning is completely mechanical, without a knife. Cattle breeds are Angus and Hereford (The best English breeds). These hides are especially suitable for the manufacture of high quality leathers for leather goods and footwear (top quality). The 40-inch container carries approximately 25 tons, which is about 1,200 hides.

Thickness approx. 3.5 / 6.5 mm steers (Full substance – unsplited).

In wet blue of 35 to 45 sqft, average 40 sqft.

Selection in wet blue: 35% TR1 – 45% TR2 – 20% TR3. 

2 m × 1 m pallets. According to the weight of the hides, but 85 / 90 hides per pallets approx. The container of 20″ maximum 24 MT. 8/9 pallets. The CT.  40″ 27 MT. 8/10

Exportador e importador español está en plena disposición de suministrar el siguiente producto: Pieles de novillos saladas (También podemos suministrar vacas para tapicería). Selección: 70% A / 30% B y las realizamos en persona en el matadero y a la hora de formar los pallets. Tamaño: 24 a 35 kilogramos por piel (ya recortado) – Media de 26-27 kilos. Recorte y limpieza: En fresco se recortan las orejas, hocico, cola y pezuñas hasta la rodilla. La disponibilidad es variable, pero nuestro stock en origen es grande y permanente. Una primera es totalmente sana y sin agujeros. El segundo permite de 1 a 2 pequeños agujeros. Levantamos las pilas a los 21 días después de salar el último cuero y se envía a los 30 días. A petición del cliente añadimos Borax. El desollado es completamente mecánico, sin cuchillo. Las razas de ganado son Angus y Hereford (las mejores razas inglesas). Estos cueros son especialmente adecuados para la fabricación de pieles custidas de alta calidad para marroquinería y calzado (primera calidad).

The Fish Maw

Fish maw is the dried form of fish air bladder. Fish maw is one of the precious traditional Chinese ingredients rated along abalone, sea cucumber and shark’s fin due to it’s high nitritional content. Fish maw contains rich proteins and nutrients such as phosphor and calcium. It nourishes ‘yin’, replenishes kidney and boosts stamina. It is effective in healing weak lung and kidney, anemia, etc. It is suitable for consumption by any age group of either gender and is a kind of therapeutic food. The most important of all is that fish maw contains high viscosity gel protein and mucopolysaccharide which are important to lady’s skincare and capable of preserving fine complexion and invigorating blood circulation.
